Mission and Vision

What is your mission?

The mission is to produce clothing that allows you to show your love and passion for cars - and to look really stylish at the same time. If you like your product, then we have fulfilled our mission!

What if I don't find the perfect design?

Well that's no problem. Please text us, what car you want a design of and we're working to produce the perfect piece for you and put it online.

Why was Motoristiq Apparel founded?

There was no right shopping place for real enthusiasts to shop for cool merch at an appropriate price. This is why Motoristiq Apparel was founded.

Products

What products do you use?

Only the best of course! It is the mission to offer car clothing at a reasonable price. All prints are printed with OEKO-TEX® certified ink, so the clothing is good for your skin and the environment. The exact material composition is listed separately for each product.

Will there be more products and designs in the future?

Of course there will be even more designs, new products and pieces with embroidery in the future. We are constantly working on improving the designs to make them even better - for you!

Order

How can I check if my order was successfully placed?

As soon as your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us within the next 24 hours. Please note that this email might end up in your spam folder, so be sure to check there as well.

Do I need to create an account to place an order at Motoristiq Apparel?

No worries, you can place your order as a guest without any hassle. It’s totally up to you whether you want to sign up or not. That said, creating an account makes your ordering process a whole lot smoother!

How can I access the live tracker?

Once we’ve shipped your package, you’ll get an email with your tracking number. If you’ve completed your order with a customer account, you can also track the progress of your order by logging into your account and viewing your order details.

How do I know I'm ordering the right size?

We’ve got a size chart on each product page to help you choose the right size. We’ll also let you know if it’s a normal fit or oversized fit. For items like hats, it’s one size fits all—so you’re guaranteed to get the right fit! 🤣

What payment methods are available?

All payment options are listed in the footer of motoristiq-apparel.com. Here’s a breakdown of what’s available:

How can I check if my payment was successful?

Your payment was successful if you’ve received an order confirmation from us. That means everything went through, and your new stuff will be on its way soon!

Returns

How long can I return items?

Items can be returned 30 days after purchase.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please let us know as soon as possible that your items are damaged or broken. We will then solve the problem as quickly as we can. If it is a mistake on our part, we will send you the new pieces free of charge.

How can I return items?

Please contact us at info@motoristiq-apparel.com. We will try to solve the problem together. If you still want to return the items, please send them back to the address on the package. Please note, that you can only return the items once you have sent us an email.

Can all items be returned?

Yes, you can return or exchange all items. However, please make sure that the products are not damaged and that the 30-day return period is observed. Please make sure that the goods are not washed or soiled when you send them back.

Important: An exception to the exchange and return policy are items on sale or with a discount code - these cannot be returned.

Can I return 2 orders in one package?

If you have placed two orders and would like to return something from each order, please send the pieces from the different orders back in different parcels. This makes processing easier.

Shipping costs are always calculated in euros or US dollars. You’re welcome to shop in your local currency. During checkout, the prices will be converted from your currency to euros or dollars—this way, you’ll get free shipping if your order exceeds the required value for your shipping zone.

Shipping happens within 1–3 business days, but delivery times vary by country. Here’s the breakdown:

What should I do if my package doesn’t arrive?

Do you deliver to parcel lockers?

Unfortunately, that's not possible. We only deliver straight to your door – it's just the easiest for both you and us.

Discount codes

Are there discount codes?

Yep, we’ve got discount codes! You’ll find them during promotions on our social media channels. Some codes are only available for a limited time, so it’s definitely worth following us to stay in the loop. 😉

Where can I use my discount code?

Once you’ve added your favorite pieces to the cart, you’ll find a promo field at checkout where you can enter your discount code. Any active codes will be shared on our social media channels during promotions. You also get a personal discount code on your birthday - so subscribe to our newsletter!

Can I apply discount codes after placing an order?

Once your order is placed, we unfortunately can’t make any changes for accounting reasons. If you forgot to use your discount code, don’t worry—you can save it for your next order in our shop! 😊

Care instructions

What care instructions should I follow?

Detailed care instructions are printed on the care label of each item. In general, a gentle approach is always best. Here are some extra tips for you:

  • Wash separately the first time
  • Always wash and iron inside out
  • Wash with similar colors
  • Don’t leave items wet for too long
  • Avoid tumble drying
  • Wash gently at 30–40°C (86–104°F)
